Kick-off Meeting Mallorca

Project Details

110 participants of a German financial service provider were invited to the annual kick-off meeting on Mallorca.

3 days filled with conferences and workshops – interspersed with experiences on land and on the water.

Our task

• To offer a programme to motivate the staff for the upcoming challenges!
• To offer variety, so that heads don’t run too hot and fun is not neglected in the midst of the conference.
• Create a sense of community through numerous activities and highlights in the evening.

The Meliá de Mar was the perfect hotel for the 110 participants. Everyone could enjoy the unique sea view from their room. The combination of business and relaxation could be perfectly realised in this 5-star hotel.

On the 1st evening, we spoiled the guests with a BBQ dinner by the pool. The next Spanish evenings in a rustic ambience formed the perfect contrast to the high-class ambience of the hotel.

On the last day, it was time to relax in the hotel’s beautiful gardens, but in the end, many just wanted to take part in the water programme right in front of the hotel and glide over the sea on the “sofa” – not for the faint-hearted.
